• KickBlaze (Live viewers/chatters service)

Important:

• Software products are delivered digitally
• KickBlaze is a service — no files, downloads, or software are provided

3. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for how you use our products and services.

You are required to provide your own:

• Proxies
• Tokens
• Messages
• Any other required resources

We only supply the software itself and do not include external resources.

4. No Liability

Twitch Workshop is not responsible for:

• Account bans
• Channel bans
• Suspensions
• Shadowbans
• Any moderation actions from platforms such as Twitch or Kick

Use of our products and services is at your own risk.

5. Payments

All payments are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Reference

• Software: No refunds under any circumstances
• KickBlaze: 70% refund available if requested within 72 hours

7. Termination

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any user at our discretion.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
